Sindhu Aneesh is a Mechanical Engineer with 33 years of rich experience in teaching,
business development and professional training. Worked as Lecturer for 8 years in
Engineering Colleges. She was the proprietor of a manufacturing unit of solar powered
equipment and in 2002 she won the best Entrepreneur award of Kozhikode District from
Govt of Kerala under the category of Small Scale Industries .
For the last 21 years she is a trainer for Soft skill development and conducted more than
5000 sessions for various categories of participants.
 Her clients include various Govt. and  Non -Government Organizations. Such as Canara
Bank, Dhanlaxmi Bank, Indian Bank, Punjab National Bank, Union Bank of India, Dist. Co
operative Banks, , Dr. Reddy’s Foundation for Health Education, Various Hospitals,Factories

G Sivaramakrishnan is an Electrical Engineer having 33 years of experience in various capacities in industry and training
organisations , Chartered Engineer – Institution of Engineers (India) accreditation. Fellow – Energy
at World Resources Institute (India) , Accredited Solar Resource person of ANERT (State Nodal
Agency), Certified Trainer of Trainers – With Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship
(MSDE), conforming to National Skill Qualifications Frameworks for different RE qualification
Packages.
Former member of Energy Working Group, State planning Board Kerala, member of Renewable
Energy on Power Policy of Kerala, member of business advisory committee of KASE .Member
Governing Council, Solar Energy Society of India. Member of team involved in Market research in
Green Hydrogen as fellow Energy for WRI India. He also involved in preparation of training Manual
for Quality Check and installation practised for ANERT, Government of Kerala , Ministry of New and
Renewable Energy Government of India.

Aneesh S Prasad is an Electrical Engineer having 33 year experience in Renewable Energy. Worked with ANERT in various
capacities for the implementation Renewable Energy Projects. Retired from ANERT as Chief
Technical Manager (Chief Engineer) after 33 years of service. He was instrumental in implementation
of Decentralised solar rooftop programme in India, The guidelines of 10000 Rooftop power plant
programme implemented in Kerala, became the model for all other states in India This Programme
was adjudged as most innovative programme by the Central Ministry and AREAS.
He was nominated as a member of the Task force for Storage visited Japan during 2016 as a
Technical Delegate. From 2021 onwards he was heading the programme implementation division of
ANERT and during this period the drive of solarisation of Government buildings of Trivandrum
Corporation was successfully completed. 17MW from 515 building were achieved. Green Income
Scheme , Solarisation Agricultural pumps were also implemented successfully.
